What we do
How we change lives, every day
Our work in detail
Every activity changes a life

Home visits for older adults
Our volunteers visit older people living alone in their homes on a regular basis. Visits include a warm conversation, listening, help with everyday matters, and sometimes accompanying them to a pharmacy or clinic. For many of them, it is the most anticipated moment of the week.

Easing loneliness and social activity
We organise community gatherings, shared meals, classes and special events for the festivals. These activities create new social connections and give older people back the sense of belonging and joy they so badly need.

Medicine and essential supplies
Many older people struggle to reach a pharmacy or buy medicine themselves. We make sure their medicine and essentials arrive on time and with dignity — to the door, with a smile.

Food parcel distribution
We prepare and deliver good-quality, dignified food parcels to families and older people in need. Parcels include staples, fresh fruit and vegetables, and before the festivals, special items that honour tradition.

Numbers that tell a story

The people behind the numbers
"On my first visit to Mrs Rachel, she opened the door with sad eyes. After three months of weekly visits, she waits for me with cake and a smile. That moment is why I volunteer.
"Since Ronit started coming every week, I feel I have someone to look forward to. She does not just visit — she brings warmth, joy and the feeling that somebody cares. She gave me back my happiness.
"Volunteering here changed my life. Every visit reminds me what actually matters. These older people are a treasure — they teach me about life, about patience, and about unconditional love.
