Personal companion
A weekly visit to an older person living alone — conversation, listening, help with errands. One hour a week that changes a life.
Food parcel volunteer
Helping pack, prepare and deliver food parcels to families and older people in need.
Social activity leader
Organising and leading community gatherings, classes and special events.
Logistics volunteer
Helping transport medicine and essential supplies, managing stock and liaising with suppliers.
